Terms & Conditions – STINE A Jewelry

Shipping

For deliveries abroad, a fee will be added according to PostNord’s/GLS’s current standard rates. You will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package.

All orders will be imposed a shipping fee according to country of destination. All orders totaling less than €200 ex. VAT will be imposed a handling fee of €14

Free shipping campaigns apply only in Denmark (not Greenland or the Faroe Islands) and are always based on the cheapest shipping method.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12:00 noon are normally shipped the same day. However, this is subject to busy periods, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen circumstances.

Normal delivery times for items in stock are typically 5–7 business days within Denmark, and 5–8 business days abroad.

The recipient is responsible for checking that all goods listed on the order/delivery note are received and that the goods are not damaged during shipping.

Any missing items or damages must be reported within 3–5 business days of receipt. Otherwise, we are unable to investigate potential errors or damages.

Prices

All prices on the website are stated in Euro (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT.

Deliveries abroad, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands, will incur additional fees set according to PostNord’s/GLS’s current standard rates.

Payment

The transaction currency is EUR unless another language layer is chosen.

All customers are subject to credit checks from order to order in collaboration with external specialists.

Credit agreements are entered into individually and may be terminated or changed without notice.

In case of non-payment of outstanding invoices, we reserve the right to require upfront payment for the next three orders, so that payment is received before dispatch.

Retention of Title

STINE A Jewelry retains ownership of the goods sold until the full purchase price, including interest and costs, has been paid.

As a STINE A Jewelry retailer, you will be provided with various displays and POS material, as well as showcases, if desired. B2B retailers pay a small one-time fee for the loan of showcases and displays.

Showcases and displays are strictly reserved for STINE A Jewelry products and may not be used to exhibit other brands.

If the cooperation with STINE A Jewelry ends, showcases and all display materials must be returned to STINE A Jewelry.

Online Sales and Marketing of STINE A Jewelry Products

The retailer hereby undertakes to comply with the following conditions for online sales and marketing of STINE A Jewelry products:

Prohibition of Paid Keyword Advertising

The retailer may not purchase or use STINE A Jewelry’s brand name or style names in paid keyword advertising.

The prohibition applies to both full names and variations, including but not limited to:

Brand names such as STINE A Jewelry, STINE A, etc.
Style names such as DANCING CHAINS BEHIND EAR-EARRING, DANCING CHAINS, or similar.
Combined keywords such as STINE A earrings, necklaces STINE A Jewelry, etc.

Platforms Covered

The prohibition applies to all digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to:

Google Ads / Shopping
Social media such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Third-party collaborations such as Pricerunner

On platforms where technically required, the relevant terms must be set up as negative keywords.

Stock Requirements

The retailer may not advertise or market STINE A Jewelry styles on a webshop unless the product has been purchased and is physically in stock with the retailer.

Exceptions

Advertising on the retailer’s own websites, banner ads, editorial mentions, photos, infomercials, and similar branding activities are exempt from the prohibition.

Styles Covered

This clause applies at all times to the styles currently offered on www.stinea.dk.

Use of Images, Logos, and Graphic Material

The retailer acknowledges that all image material, logos, product names, and other graphic material produced by STINE A Jewelry are protected by copyright law and trademark law, and that STINE A Jewelry holds the exclusive rights thereto.

The retailer may only use official material provided by STINE A Jewelry, or their own product photos of physical items purchased from STINE A Jewelry.

The retailer may not alter, edit, or otherwise manipulate logos, product names, or image material in a way that could distort, damage, or dilute STINE A Jewelry’s brand, reputation, or distinctiveness.

The retailer may not use STINE A Jewelry’s official product images in combination with products from other brands.

If the retailer produces their own images where STINE A Jewelry is shown alongside other products or brands, this must be done in a way that does not harm STINE A Jewelry’s brand value, reputation, or distinctiveness, and does not create a risk of confusion.

Any use of STINE A Jewelry’s material beyond what is explicitly permitted in this agreement requires written consent from STINE A Jewelry.

Domain Names and URL Structure

The retailer may not register domains, subdomains, or URLs containing STINE A Jewelry’s brand name, style names, or similar designations, e.g., stineajewelry-sale.dk or dancingchains-earrings.dk.

Marketing of Prices and Campaigns

The retailer has full freedom to set their own sales prices.

However, to protect STINE A Jewelry’s brand value and image, the retailer may not market products in a way that appears as “always on sale” or “permanently discounted.”

This clause only regulates the form of marketing and does not affect the retailer’s right to set prices freely.

STINE A Jewelry reserves the right to object to marketing considered harmful to the brand’s image or positioning.

Comparative Advertising

The retailer may not use STINE A Jewelry’s brand name in ads that directly or indirectly highlight competing brands or products.

SEO and Meta Tags

The retailer may not insert STINE A Jewelry’s brand name or style names in hidden form on the website, including in meta tags, ALT texts, or invisible text, with the purpose of generating traffic via search engines.

Violations and Sanctions

In case of violation of this clause, STINE A Jewelry is entitled to immediately demand the removal of the relevant ads or campaigns.

Repeated or material violations are considered a breach of contract and may lead to termination of the retailer agreement.

Use of Texts and Content (Duplicate Content)

The retailer may not copy or reuse product texts, descriptions, or other content directly from www.stinea.dk or STINE A Jewelry’s official channels.

Copying creates duplicate content issues, which harms SEO and the brand’s visibility.

The retailer must create their own descriptions or use texts specifically provided by STINE A Jewelry.

The purpose is to ensure a strong overall SEO effort that benefits all retailers and strengthens STINE A Jewelry’s online brand value.

Colors & Shades

Please note that there may be slight differences between product colors shown in images and the actual product colors.

Warranty & Claims

New items are covered by a 2-year warranty. This means we will replace an item if it is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

We do not replace items that are defective due to wear, accidents, or misuse.

All claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Claims cannot be processed without a receipt.
