Terms & Conditions
All items bought online at www.stinea.dk/com from 15 November 2022 can be returned until 9 January 2023. For all other purchases normal Terms & Conditions apply.
Items can only be returned/exchange with a valid receipt/order nummber. If you have paid by credit card the amount will be refunded to the same card as you paid with when placing the order, within a few days. As an alternative we can issue a voucher for the amount which can be used online.
In Denmark we offer free shipping on purchases above 150 EUR. We ship with GLS.
For deliveries abroad we ship with GLS or UPS. A fee according to GLS, UPS standard delivery prices is added to your order toal. Shipping abroad can take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination, from the day we ship the item. You will receive an email with your track and trace number, so you can track your delivery.
For deliveries outside the EU, like Norway or Schwitzerland, please be adviced that VAT and customs might be added the shipping fee upon arrival.
If a parcel is not picked up at a UPS Access Point or GLS parcel shop, and therefore returned to STINE A Jewelry, we reserve the rigth to invoice 7 EUR for the return shipment as charged by UPS/GLS.
Please note that you as the customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery adress and that a business adress is open in normal working hous. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for any extra expenses regarding redelivery or changes to address.
Free shipping may be offered in connection with campaigns and is only valid in Denmark (not Greenland or the Faroe Islands) and is always based on the cheapest method of shipping.
Normal delivery times for items in stock is typically 2-5 weekdays for deliveries within Denmark, and 5-8 weekdays for deliveries outside Denmark.
We accept payment with the following cards: Dankort / Visa / Visa Electron/ Mastercard / American Express / PayPal / MobilePay
When you place an order, the payment total will be reserved on your account, but the money will not be deducted from your account until we ship your order. Stine A Jewelry encrypts all of your card data with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information transmitted during the transaction. At no point during the transaction does stinea.dk have access to your card information. There are no surcharges for payments made with Dankort, however surcharges may occur on other credit cards. In this case this will be made evident before your payment is approved.
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT, currently 20%. We reserve the right to change our prices with immediate effect and without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is that which is listed on the website for the product in question at the time that you place your order. Delivery abroad incl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands is added extra delivery charges according to Post Denmark's normal standard prices.
The transaction currency is Euros.
Safe payment online
STINE A has been approved by PBS to receaive payments online. All payments happen via a safe anc encrypted SSL line directly to PBS. As soon as your card information has been approved by PBS, you order is approved and the amount deducted once your order is shipped.
Stinea.dk is not liable for differences in colours on the online images and the items' actual colors. We aim to show the actual and correct colours of our jewelry as best as possible.
Right to cancel and return
Standard trade rules for online shopping apply and no money refund is possible if you return more than 14 days after you have received your order. If more than 14 days passes it is ONLY possible to exchange to a different product. Stine A offers all customers 14 days rights of return. From the day of receival you have 14 days to notify us about your wish to cancel your order and herafter 14 days to return the order to us.
According to the offical rules of online shopping the consumer have the following options:
Cancel a purchase event though the item(s) have been used.
An item is considered used if the item is used above what is to be expected when trying on the item in a store.
If the item is used a concrete evaluation of what price the item as a used item can be sold for to another customer. In case of a price devaluation the customer will pay this.
Upon return of an item the jewelry must be in its original condition as when first received by you as a customer, including in our original jewelry boxes.
If you request a jewelry, ring size or other customized product which is outside our product range the right of return is cancelled.
You will pay the return shipping cost. We suggest that you insure the shipment so that you may claim compensation from the shipping provider if your package is lost in transit. We request that returns are shipped through a registered delivery method so that you have a record of their return. Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery.
If the jewelry has been damaged during shipment please contact us immidiately.

On all new items there is a 2 year warranty. This means that you are entitled to a replacement, a new item, if the defect is considered a manufacturing fault. You cannot exchange an item which is deemed defect due to wear and tear, accidents or wrong use.
How to return an order
If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must return the product to us. You will be liable for any deterioration in the product's value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the products' nature, characteristics and method of functioning. Since the product's packaging, our original jewelry boxes is important for possible resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be deemed to be a deterioration in its value. You assume the risk of ensuring that the product is packaged responsibly when it is returned. Please attach with your return shipment a copy of your order confirmation or invoice indicating your reason for return and ship your return items in a protective packaging. Mark your package "Return". We recommend you insure the shipment so that you may claim compensation from the shipping provider if your package is lost in transit.

Stinea.dk reservce the right to update text, prices and the stock count of all goods. If an item is sold out we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible.
If a winner of a competition does not return our inquiry within 30 days, he/she vacate the right to receival or his/her prize and it will be given to another winner.
