We strive to process and ship orders placed on a weekday before 12:00 o'clock the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or Danish holidays will be processed the following business day.

Usually delivery times are 1-2 business days within Denmark, and 5-8 business days abroad.

We cannot offer delivery on a specific day or time as all orders are processed in chronological order.

Christmas gifts bought after November 15 2021 can be exchanged until January 7 2022.

STINE A Jewelry offers all customers 14 days rights of return. From the day of receival you have 14 days to notify us about your wish to cancel your order and hereafter 14 days to return the order to us.  If you want to return an item, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Then you have another 14 days for your return item to be received by us.

If you want to exchange one item for another, simply return the item to us and place a new order on our website.

We want your jewelry to keep their shine and beauty.  Below is some advice to follow on how to care for your jewelry.

- Avoid wearing the jewelry while  cleaning, dishwashing, bathing, doing sports or gardening
- Take off your jewelry when you sleep.
- Additionally, do not expose jewelry to contact with make-up, hairspray, creams and perfumes as they can speed up the tarnishing process
- Store your in a plexiglass box or in tightly closed zip-bags in a dry place
