This return policy applies only to items purchased at www.stinea.dk/com. If your items were purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the respective retailer.
As a customer of www.stinea.dk/com, you always have a 30-day full right of return, valid from the day you received your order.

How to return an item purchased on www.stinea.dk/com:
- Send an email to stinea@stinea.dk and let us know which items you wish to return. Please include your order number in the subject field.
- Fill out the return form: Download the form here.
- Pack the items in their original STINE A Jewelry jewelry box, just as you received them, and include the completed return form.
- You are responsible for the return costs. We request that returns are shipped with a registered delivery method so your parcel is insured.

Your return shipment will be processed within 14-days from receival. It may take up to 5 business days for the money to be refunded to your account.
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in possession of all tags and in original packaging.
Once we have received your return - and the above conditions are met, your return will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email, and your money will be refunded to the same credit card used at purchase.
Please note: The items must be returned to our head office. All return shipments must be sent directly to our business address as indicated above.
