Christmas gifts purchased online on stinea.dk after October 30, 2023, can be returned until Monday, January 12, 2024. You must provide a receipt or an order number for all return items.
Items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned to the respective retailer.

How to return a Christmas gift purchased on stinea.dk/com
- Fill out the return form: Download the form here.
- Pack the items in their original STINE A Jewelry jewelry box, just as you received them, and include the completed return form.
- You are responsible for the return costs. We request that returns are shipped through a registered delivery method so that you have a record of their return.

If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the order within a few days. Please note it can take up to 5 business days until the amount is available in your account.
Free gift with an advent calendar:
We occasionally run promotions where a free gift is included with your purchase. If you choose to return such an order, where a free item is included, the free gift item must also be returned; if you fail to return the gift item, its value will be deducted from your refund amount.
